Roslynn Jackson

Program Director

Roslynn (Ros) is an educator with 19 years of experience- beginning her career teaching Kindergarten and 1st Grade and then focusing on 6th-8th Grade Science. Her passion is creating learning environments and materials that help students and adults work collaboratively to solve problems and learn from one another.

She believes that the best part of any learning environment is the organized chaos of the inquiry process: asking questions, hypothesizing, hands-on application, failing, reflecting, and, most importantly, experimenting with new ideas- again and again. Through these steps, we all learn that there is an answer, not just the answer, that could solve a given set of parameters.  And the magic happens when we work together to identify what those solutions could be.
