Nativity School of Worcester recently received a $3 million gift from an anonymous donor and long-time supporter of the school. This is the second $3 million gift to the school in two years; the first was from the J.D. Power and Kenrose Kitchen Table Foundation for the establishment of its Girls Division. This gift will ensure that Nativity Worcester can provide its students with life-changing, transformative education for years to come. It will include renaming the school’s Boys Division in honor of its co-founder, Chick Weiss.

Washington School for Girls Celebrates 28 Years!

WSG is preparing to transition into its new campus next year. So this year’s annual Founders Day prayer service included the creation of a time capsule to document the school’s first 28 years.

The time capsule was a great way to document the school’s milestones, special guests, and previous campuses. It was a fitting way to also pay homage to the many people who make the WSG community so special.

WSG students reflected on the importance of the school’s core values, which have been an integral part of its history and will still be a part of its future. Founders and friends from the school’s Founding Spirit organizations spoke about the shared history of the school and its community supporters. All stakeholders at the event joined in prayer and celebrated the milestones of WSG so far and the amazing accomplishments that are on the horizon.
