Ready to Lead is a program intended for new and rising leaders in various roles: presidents principals, assistant principals, Graduate Support, Advancement, and Finance/Operations. The discussions will cover the NMC LEADERSHIP Mindset, Lens, Voice, and Heart.

Dates: Wednesdays -July 20th, August 3rd, and 17th

The 3 summer virtual sessions will be:

75 minutes long
Led by NMC Executive Director and veteran NMC leaders
Provide opportunities to meet new and veteran NMC peers
